One of the few issues I have with this DLC isn’t a very big issue. This gives players lots of room to play with and experiment with new ideas. There is a good variety in the sizes of the houses and apartments. In my opinion, the best part of the Luxury DLC is the houses available for renovation. This DLC adds new mechanics to fix antique furniture, new houses and apartments, and the Moonrise Bay location. If you’re a fan of more extravagant houses and apartments, then the Luxury DLC will be perfect for you. I also don’t enjoy the new jobs that have random issues like pipes bursting. The before/after feature tends not to work if you build new walls and chang the floor plan of the house, which is disappointing. It really lets you see how drastic the change is after you finish renovating a house. I also really like the before and after feature that was added. Over four hundred items in one DLC are fantastic. The best part of this DLC is the sheer number of items added to the game. The main focus of this DLC is to renovate houses within a given budget for your buyers. The HGTV DLC is based on the show on HGTV and adds new features to House Flipper. What do you get with the Apocalypse DLC?: The biggest issue I have with this DLC is that I don’t find myself using any of the items it adds unless I’m actually renovating one of the bunker houses. I find the whole concept of building your own bunker really fun. One of my favorite parts about this DLC is the addition of the flamethrower, because really, what game is complete without one? This tool makes removing trash, furniture, and mowing the lawn a lot easier. Adding bunkers and buyers who are fearful of an impending apocalypse. This DLC adds a survival aspect to House Flipper. The second free DLC that comes with your purchase is the Apocalypse DLC.
